Growing up in Washington, D.C, Tommy saw many different lives being lived, and took up the camera at a young age, going out in the city and often getting into trouble with his friends. Thanks to the impact of these friendships, his practice focuses on documenting the lives of the friends he makes as they navigate the exciting and tumultuous realities of being artists in New York.
